"Entschmelzen" von Pledges durch User selbst?

Salut,
immer wieder kontaktieren Backer den Support und bitten um Wiederherstellung eingeschmolzener Pakete. Dies beansprucht den ausgelasteten Customersupport. Daher werden diese Anfragen momentan hinter die anderen zurückgestellt.

Unfortunately, CS is still overwhelmed with game support tickets coming out of Gamescom and then the social module launch. For the time being, we are going to put a hold on any unmelt requests. We know you guys want ships (and we want to sell them to you!:)) but we need to help out folks having issues visiting ArcCorp first.
If you have a current unmelt ticket, we're going to place it on hold until the CS team has caught up with the queue. When that happens, we'll address them as quickly as we can. If you have an unmelt request you haven't placed yet, please wait until you we reopen the queue; unmelt tickets placed between now and the reopening will be closed. If your ticket is about a specific sale (such as the Retaliator modules or the Vanguard variants) do not fear: we'll badge you for the missing purchase when the time comes.
We've also asked Turbulent to look at a system to allow manual unmelting of previous ships and packages; if that's cost-effective (database work can be more difficult than it seems!), we'll let you know how it's coming along. I'm sorry about the trouble, and we really appreciate your support - you guys know as well as we do that Star Citizen couldn't happen without that support and your patience... and we'll do the best we can for you as soon as we possibly can.
